Adam's Wraps - low-carbohydrate hi protein wraps, baking mix

A complete (just add water) soy-free, egg-free mix for making low-carb, high-protein, keto-friendly wraps.

One 25cm-30cm diameter wrap provides 33g of protein and only 2g of carbohydrates. The mixture is enough to make 6 wraps, and there's no need to use an oven or mixer, and the cake doesn't need to rise.

The bamboo fibers it contains promote digestion.

A delicious wrap can be made very easily and quickly. Simply spread some bamboo fiber on the work surface, mix Adams Wrap dough according to the instructions, knead briefly and roll out with a rolling pin to a pan size of approx. 25-30 cm. In between rub a little bamboo fiber onto the dough so that the dough does not stick to the work surface or the rolling pin. Excess bamboo fiber can simply be wiped off the dough by hand. Warm a pan over medium heat and bake the rolled out wrap on both sides until golden.

Then top it up as desired and enjoy.

Since the bamboo fiber consists of 98% dietary fiber and hardly contains any protein, the fibers that stick do not turn brown during baking and remain tasteless.

Instructions: To prepare 1 wrap, mix 50g of the mixture with 60ml of water (you can add 1 teaspoon of oil), and knead the dough by hand. Sprinkle the countertop or pastry board with flour, almond flour, or bamboo or potato fiber to prevent the dough from sticking. Roll out the mixture into a flat cake approximately 25cm in diameter. Shake off any excess powder and fry in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown.
