The use of aromatic spices gives the bread a mild yeast flavor - thanks to the yeast contained in it, the bread becomes fluffy and crispy. What sets this baking mix apart is its impressive nutrient content.

With 42 g of protein, 9.3 g of fiber and only 3.2 g of carbohydrates and 5.5 of fat, it is ideal for those who consciously want to follow a low-carbohydrate and high-protein diet. The light bread also contains an excellent balance of amino acids - 10,745 mg of essential amino acids per 100 g. It is also rich in natural minerals.

Tip: for an even better result and an exceptionally crispy crust, we recommend using bamboo fiber.

Instructions: Knead the baking mixture with 230 ml of lukewarm water by hand for about 2 minutes until a dough forms. As soon as the dough becomes sticky, stop kneading, do not add additional water! Place the dough in a greased baking tin or in a loaf form on a baking sheet and cover with a cloth. Leave to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Then brush the surface with water and bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 40 minutes.

Storage: Store the mixture in a dry place, protected from light. Store the finished bread in a bread bin or covered with a linen cloth. After baking, the bread will stay fresh and tasty for approximately 1 week. Do not store the bread in plastic bags. The bread is suitable for freezing; before freezing, let it cool to room temperature and cut into slices. It will stay fresh for 3 days; store tightly wrapped in plastic wrap. To keep it fresh longer, slice the finished bread into slices and freeze.
