Funky Flavors Sweet S'mores - the sweetened food aroma of s'mores, a simple camping dessert that Americans have been raving about for a century by passing this flavor to the world in the form of sweets inspired by it.
Dominant aromatic notes: warm dessert notes dominated by oat biscuits, milk chocolate and sweet baked marshmallows perceptible as notes of burnt sugar.
The first recipe for S'mores officially appeared in the guide for girl scouts in 1927 - or actually for girl scouts, because that's the name of the counterparts of scouts from overseas. The very name s'mores is an abbreviation of something more, which means "something else" - this something else consists of a sweet 'sandwich' made of whole-grain semi-sweet graham crackers stuck together with chocolate melted over the fire and baked on a stick with marshmallows. Simple and hellishly delicious, full of warming flavors and fun.
