Funky Flavors Sweet Miodownik (Medovik) - sweetened food flavor of honey cake in the form of intensely sweetening flavoring drops for dishes.
Dominant fragrance notes: this aroma is not by chance the first in the Funky Flavors family to have a Polish name - in this way we wanted to pay tribute to the Polish culinary tradition and emphasize the Polish character of the unusual honey cake. This time-consuming and labor-intensive Christmas specialty is an impressive cake consisting of gingerbread tops baked without sugar, with honey instead, then seasoned for quite a long time so that the dough softens and acquires a unique aroma, and finally each of the thin tops finds its place in an intricate multi-storey layered with sweet butter & honey cream. In this aroma you will find intense, slightly spicy notes of gingerbread and spices, broken with honey sweetness and delicacy of cream. The aroma is an interesting addition to winter coffee and cocoa, an addition to cakes and creams - due to the cinnamon-honey notes, it works well when warm dishes, especially in milk and cream bases, not necessarily in yoghurt bases (due to the sour taste of yoghurt, which interferes with butter-honey sweetness).
