Inside, there are three types of prebiotic fiber:

• tapioca fiber,
• inulin from Jerusalem artichoke,
• acacia fiber.

Each of them works slightly differently. Tapioca provides lightness and good digestive tolerance, Jerusalem artichoke is a natural source of inulin supporting beneficial gut bacteria, and acacia is one of the best-tolerated soluble fibers and helps build a more stable microbiome.
