More Nutrition Zerup Birne Melisse combines the juicy, soft sweetness of ripe pear with the cool, herbal-citrus freshness of lemon balm. The effect is reminiscent of homemade lemonade made with light fruits, fresh herbs, and chilled iced water. It's a very harmonious and "clean" taste, without heavy sweetness or artificial flavoring.
Pear brings natural fruity softness — sweet, juicy, and delicately honeyed, much like a freshly cut bright conference pear. Lemon balm, on the other hand, adds a slightly lemony, cool accent that beautifully balances the fruity base and keeps the drink incredibly refreshing even with more water consumed.
